Before Commission

What to Prepare Before Contacting

Illustration work is not included, so a fully separated PSD is required. Please describe your requirements in as much detail as possible before payment.

  • A fully separated PSD file
  • Your name and the illustrator's name
  • Debut date or intended use date
  • Model use and planned reveal date
  • Requested expressions, props, outfits, and hairstyle toggles
  • Whether you need iOS, VBridger, Mouth X, or other advanced mouth options
  • Any request to restrict streaming or delay portfolio publication

Workflow

9 Steps from Inquiry to Delivery

The schedule is confirmed in payment order, not inquiry order. A standard model usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks.

  1. ContactSend your request and basic information.
  2. File Review and QuoteThe PSD structure and requirements are reviewed before a quote is provided.
  3. Booking and PaymentWork begins after the schedule is confirmed.
  4. First Rigging PassThe head and face structure is built.
  5. First ReviewFeedback is applied after you review the video.
  6. Second Rigging PassBody, props, and physics details are completed.
  7. Second ReviewFinal motion is reviewed and revised.
  8. Completion and DeliveryThe final files are delivered.
  9. Post-installation FixesIssues found while applying the files are checked.

Review & Revision

Review and Revision Scope

Standard revisions are handled during two review rounds. Rigging errors found after installation are fixed free of charge.

Standard RevisionsFeedback is applied during the first and second reviews.
Final FixesAny issues found after applying the delivered files will be checked.
Additional Fees May ApplyReverting completed revisions or making major repeated changes may incur an additional fee.
ExceptionsOriginal characters, animals, fan characters, and similar models receive one review round.

Notice

Publication, Streaming, and Copyright

Completed work may be posted on social media and YouTube for promotion and portfolio use. Tell us in advance if publication must be delayed until your debut.

Please tell us in advance if you do not want the process or finished work shown on stream.

Delivery

Delivered Files and Contact Channel

Delivery includes the .moc3 package and an icon image. The editable .cmo3 source file is not provided.
